Nell Derick Debevoise is a facilitator, advisor, coach, and author, with the purpose of wrangling ideas and people to make work healthier, fairer, and more joyous for all. In addition to her leadership of the Purposeful Growth Institute, Nell is a Partner in PurposeFused, designing and facilitating leadership development programs and advising leadership teams on integrating purpose to improve their teams’ performance and impact.

Debevoise has studied adult learning, intercultural dialogue, entrepreneurial finance and strategy at Harvard, Cambridge, Universita di Roma, and Columbia and London Business Schools, and lived and worked on 4 continents.
