Our fellowship offers our partners a talent solution that includes the recruiting, hiring, and pairing of top purpose-driven MBA students (between their first and second year) to summer internships that align to organizations or initiatives in the social impact sector . Along with our talent solution, we also provide the MBA student with over 50+ hours of executive level coaching, as well as an individual adviser to support both the partner and student during their fellowships
